The start of the Tuskegee Syphilis Study is most commonly attributed to Dr. Taliaferro Clark. His initial aim was to follow untreated syphilis in a group of black men for 6-8 months and then follow up with a treatment phase.Nurse Eunice Rivers was an African American nurse who trained at Tuskegee and was recruited from the John Andrew Hospital when the study began. Dr. Vonderlehr became a strong advocate for her role the study for all 40 years of its existence.During the Great Depression of the 1930s, lower class African Americans, who often could not afford healthcare.Operation Dark Winter was the code name for a senior-level bio-terrorist attack simulation conducted on June 22–23, 2001. It was designed to carry out a mock version of a covert and widespread smallpox attack on the United States.The exercise was intended to increase awareness of the scope and character of the threat posed by biological weapons among senior national security experts and to bring about actions that would improve prevention and response strategies.These events happened in the midst of several reported cyber hacks among other technology companies, including the Pentagon servers yesterday, Tuesday, December 15th.Jim Hoft of Gateway Pundit reported: "The Pentagon imposed an emergency shutdown of computer network handling classified material on Tuesday.This follows the rare Emergency Directive 21-01 on Sunday night by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), in response to a KNOWN COMPROMISE involving SolarWinds Orion products.Sunday night's directive was only the fifth Emergency Directive issued by CISA under the authorities granted by Congress in the Cybersecurity Act of 2015. Earlier this year around the time the U.S. Presidential debates started, the media started using the term "Dark Winter."For those who have been paying attention, the Globalists have actually been warning us that this is coming for sometime now.
