Multi-book Author, National Speaker/Trainer, Empowerment Specialist

Vikki is a national speaker, president of Vikki Carrel and Company, the creator of The Empowerment Project, author of Switching Lanes and co-author of the book Chloe’s Closet.  As a co-founder of Two Balance, Inc. and Mother Daughter America she has empowered teens and adults for over two decades. 

Prior to the development of Two Balance, Inc. Vikki was the co-owner of a Texas-based fashion production company.  Vikki worked in the fashion industry for 15 years producing events for the likes of Olivia Newton John, GQ Magazine and designers Steve Fabrikant and Ralph Lauren.

Through The Empowerment Project, Vikki continues to draw from her impressive 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, working in non-profit leadership, education and as a fashion show producer to enlighten audiences about the power of perception, resistance to change, reducing stress, increasing personal productivity, managing social media and impression management.

Vikki has presented seminars for Verizon, eWomen Network, Capital Health System, Temple University, PA Counselors Association, Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, Girl Scouts of Utah, America First Credit Union, The Junior League, Women’s Council of Realtors, was a guest on the NBC 10! Show and is a frequent contributor on the NBC affiliate KSL Studio 5 Lifestyle Show.

Vikki holds a degree in Business Administration/Marketing. She is married and the mother of 2 children.
