Vikki is a national speaker, creator of The Empowerment Project, author of Switching Lanes and co-author of the book Chloe’s Closet. As a co-founder of Two Balance, Inc. and Mother Daughter America she has empowered teens and adults for over a decade.
Prior to the development of Two Balance, Inc. Vikki was a co-owner of a Texas-based fashion production company. Vikki worked in the fashion industry for 15 years producing events for the likes of Olivia Newton John, GQ Magazine and designers Steve Fabrikant and Ralph Lauren.
Through The Empowerment Project, Vikki continues to draw from her impressive 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, working in non-profit leadership, education and as a fashion show producer to enlighten audiences about work/life balance, personal empowerment, self-advocacy, obtaining a healthy body image and mastering lifestyle change.
Vikki has presented seminars for Verizon, Capital Health System, PA Counselors Association, Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, Girl Scouts of Utah, Network Now, The Junior League, Women’s Council of Realtors, was a guest on the NBC 10! Show and is a frequent guest contributor on the KSL Studio 5 Lifestyle Show.
Vikki holds a degree in Business Administration/Marketing. She is married and the mother of 2 children.
