Aromatherapy is an important part of preventative support, especially for athletes and fitness enthusiasts.

If you play a sport or work out on a regular basis, you may want to add some essential oils to your sports kit to help you stay in great form. Because many oils have antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties; they are great for preventing strains and sprains, relieving pain and some can even help to improve stamina.
