Federal Judge Overturns DC Gun Ban

This week, a federal judge overturned Washington DC's 2009 gun ban saying it was unconstitutional. DC has some of the strictest (and most confusing) gun laws, but they're not without challenge. John Lott, president of Crime Prevention Research Center joins Joe to discuss the implications of this new ruling that wipes out the DC gun ban. Will we start seeing regular citizens in DC with guns holstered? Tune in!
