As Director of the T3 Fellows brokerage accelerator program, Leslie brings the Swanepoel T3 Group's consulting expertise to growing brokerages. T3 Fellows is a year-long education and management development program for brokers and branded teams with sales volume from $30 to $200 million.
Leslie built the BRIXGroup, a “brand within a brand”, at Baird&Warner Real Estate in the western suburbs of Chicago. She was responsible for sales management, marketing communications, lead generation, internet marketing, and social media. The team was recognized as a member of the Baird&Warner Chairman’s Club for sales achievement and innovation.
Before turning to real estate Leslie worked in management consulting and technology marketing for ten years. As Director of Marketing for the Foundation software division of Accenture she developed product strategy and launched products in over 30 countries.
Leslie a moderator of the 15,000 member Raise the Bar Facebook group, a forum where industry professionals discuss improving the real estate business.
Leslie’s commitment to helping brokers and agents build profitable and innovative businesses have resulted in industry recognition including the 2014 and 2016 Inman 100, an annual list of the most influential real estate leaders and the 2015 Swanepoel Power 200 Social Media Influencers.
