Earlier this week, the United States District Court, District of Columbia ruled that a federal contractor will be required to produce additional compensation data as requested by OFCCP, even though the threshold tests commonly employed by the agency indicated no discrimination.

In this installment, we discuss how the OFCCP reviewed United Space's compensation data and why additional data was requested. We talk about the basis for United Space's challenge, and OFCCP's response. We conclude with a discussion of the District Court's decision, and what this decision means for employers.
