Population control has always been the hallmark of the Progressive global strategy.  Eugenics, abortion, and selective "breeding" of human beings have been dressed up to look attractive to those with the power to implement measures for these ends in practically every civilized society on earth.  Academics, politicians, and not a few progressive activists have worked to convince people of the benefits of a reduced human population on earth.  

So, why would today's news about Russia's Day of Conception stick out so prominently like a sore thumb in today's headlines?  Well, not really, but among those who are paying attention to the forces behind global strategies like population control, this is kind of a "big deal."  Join us as we talk about Russia's steeply declining birth rate, its ramifications, and the government's efforts to put it in reverse.
