Who really has the best middle class plan?

Everybody is getting their thongs in a bunch about Donald Trump possibly becoming the next president of the United States. Somehow the masses think the Democrat party has the best plan for strengthing the middle class and I don't understand how raising taxes on the rich will make the lives of the middle class better.  I have heard several plans by the Republicans over the years that would benefit the middle class but the Democrats always manage to flip it around to make it seem like the plans only benefit the top 10%.  We will go in depth to look at what has been proposed to see who really has the best plan.  We have Marco Rubio leaving the Republican race after losing his home state plus the establishment is still trying to steal the nomination from Donald Trump.
