Rebuilding the Black Man

In past Black males were not perfect but hard working, dedicated, and civilized contributors to their communities. In recent years, these characteristics have not been the case. Young black males today are misguided, mislead, and lost in regards to what it is to be a positive black figure for our society. We the Middle Men have identify certain characteristics that some black males lack for their generation: Individuality, discipline, visions of what of what a real man looks like ,visions of self worth, and drive and ambitions.Have the males who are becoming adult men, lost the sense of becoming family oriented? And what can the adult males for the now generation do to help them become family oriented? What basic elements are needed to instill civility back into our young men? Lastly, have our young men become a lost cause to everyone else?
