Can a Man be Pro-Black with a White Wife?

Due to Nate Parker can a person who marries outside of their race still be pro black?  Part of the Pro-Black agenda is strengthening the Black family. Based on that one bullet point alone, Black men who are married to white women are not eligible to be soldiers in this army.   We may not be able to help who we fall in love with, but we can damn sure help who we marry.   What is your stand on this.
