Do you love the skin you are in?

There is a song out called Cake Soap talking about bleaching your skin. There was also an incident in which a 14 year old girl damaged her corneas and might possibly go blind because she put $20 colored contacts from a beauty store on her eyes. Last but not least, we have women wearing hair helmets a.k.a. lace front wigs. Do we make these changes to our physical appearance just to "mix things up" or do we not love the skin we are in?
