Voices of a Nation hosted by Bro. Rhamasous and Bro. Wase

A Summer Program created by youth to ensure that youth have a voice in their school and to increase student leadership in schools and citywide.

The QEYC (Quality Education Youth Collective) was created as a group to establish youth voicein the pursuit of Quality Education for youth across Philadelphia.  It was founded on the basis of equal voice, opportunity and solid/well-rounded education.  Faced with the menacing statistics reflected by today's youth, the QEYC is opening minds rather than opening prisons.  As young people of Philadelphia we believe that we have what it takes to change the definition of education in our schools and willing to work in the planning and training of youth and adult stakeholders in Philadelphia.

The QEYC mission and vision is to develop a well-rounded definition of quality education and make it available to all students throughout Philadelphia.  Through this proposed project we intend to develop a better connection through leadership, adult leadership, and community because it takes a focus to increase expectation.
