You may already be aware of the fact that people eat for various reasons… not just because they're hungry. The problem starts when you forget why you're eating. If you're an emotional eater then chances are you have a habit of picking the wrong foods to satisfy a particular emotional need. Often this results in eating too many carbohydrate foods high in sugar and fat, which triggers an addiction and cravings. Do this long enough and you can find yourself with all sorts of health problems, for example: mood swings, diabetes, weight gain, aches and pains, chronic conditions, and much more. Plus chances are you may be dealing with emotional stress and negative thoughts if you find yourself in such a situation.

Jane Falke, M.S. Holistic Nutrition and founder of “The Nutritionist, Naturally” is an educator and author. Her passion is to inspire people who are ready and willing to live a long and healthy life, with the help of whole natural foods.

Her book ‘Eat Healthy. Be Healthy at Any Age’ is the foundation from which Jane coaches her clients.
