Am I my brother's keeper?

Ok its no new issue facing us black people today and its called unity. Everyday we make moves and chase our own ambitions, which is wat we're taught to do as humans. But what about that friend who up to no good or sibling who refuses to push themselves, are we not responsible for tryin to help those situations.
