We all have done it, we all have wished our body was a different size or shape than it currently is. Have you ever noticed when there is some part of your body you do not like, that the more you focus on how you don't like it the worse it gets? The body part continues to grow or shrink before your eyes! Well...what if the point of view you have about your body is what is creating it as it is? What would it take to change your point of view and allow for syour body to change?

We will be inviting your to play with having an attitude of gratitude for your your sweet body as it is. Having gratitude for your body as it is does not mean you will never change it. It means you are choosing to stop making you and your body wrong for what you have been choosing and move forward from a clean slate. 

What is right about your body you are not getting?

What if it were possible to change your body from the joy and pleasure of it, rather than from pain and what you have judged as wrong?
