    Live Rock Solid (Joey LaRocque)

    in Sports

RockSolid is committed to making football safer and more enjoyable for everyone. Seeing a major void in player safety in so-called "non-contact" play, former NFL players have come together and designed the first head protection ever made specifically for flag football and high school off-season practice. We believe there's no such thing as "non-contact" football, and we're here to make the game as safe as parents and players expect it to be. Subscribe to our newsletter to get the latest information on player safety, and to get updates on our efforts to protect the players and protect the game!

RockSolid was founded by former NFL players Joey LaRocque and Caleb Hanie. During their playing days, Joey and Caleb saw many head injuries during flag football play, as well as during “non-contact" drills, and 7on7. When they retired from the NFL, Joey and Caleb knew this issue needed to be addressed immediately. Joey and Caleb designed this product to fill a significant void in player safety among our nation’s youth. It is our mission to make sure every child in the country is properly protected.

How to Initiate Let go, Forgive and Surrender for Success

    in Spirituality

It is common wisdom to forgive and surrender, but how-to do this often turns out to be more an ideal goal than what we experience. You may even apply a lot of sincerity and efforts to this process but still find yourself struggling with it. Why?

What needs to happen and how-to do it seems to be elusive in the results department. Is there a way to turn this process around and make it more enjoyable, more liberating, and recognizable as a spritually successful win-win outcome? Can we make this easier and not a struggle to endure? Can we make it pleasureable and still get it to work?

Bring your own questions to our chat and online calls. We will be upfront and straightforward with our answers. We will answer these posed questions and more with bottom line 'got-to's not pontificating the standard loop.

    Learn how permanent forgiveness happens.

A Hot Tub to Fix What Ails You

With powerful massaging jets, warm soothing water and an environment created specifically for relaxation, a dip in the family hot tub can “fix” what ails you. If you haven’t explored the possibilities, here’s what a hot tub has to offer.

    Bring the Spa Experience Home
An at home hot tub brings the spa experience to your backyard. Heat zaps aches and pains on contact, while clusters of high-powered jets work magic on tired, sore muscles and joints.

    Get the Sleep You Deserve
A quick dip in the hot tub before bed promotes a deep, restful sleep. Sitting in warm water raises body temperature, and when you get out, your temperature takes a sharp decline, signaling the brain that it’s time to sleep.

    Eliminate Nagging Stress
No one is immune to stress, but controlling it can make life a whole lot more enjoyable. Sit back, relax and let the hot tub jets work out the kinks, relieve knots and loosen tight muscles.

Why making Decisions based on facts are good but other’s feelings are bad

    in Religion

So many of us live our lives with a desire to do so with compassion and sensitivity.  There is nothing wrong with that except for when it comes to making decisions or choices in your life.  We carefully plan our decisions or choices in order not to be seen as selfish, arrogant or rude toward another human being.  We carefully step in order never to offend another and in doing so, we wonder why much of our life is spent wondering why things do not work out well for us.  Our first thought is to blame God for the direction our lives may be headed and if that doesn’t work we tend to then blame anyone and everyone else because we cannot figure out how a caring, loving person, such as ourselves, could end up in so much mess.  The problem is, we fail to consider that the reason our lives are in so much of a mess is we fail to honor that simple phrase given to us by Jesus Christ himself when he says that before you attempt to help your brother remove the splinter from his eye, you must first remove the beam from your own.  We refuse to heed these words because to some, this sounds a little selfish and Lord knows we don’t want to be selfish but what if I told you that keeping to what Jesus said is not selfish as long as we prevent ourselves from crossing over into enemy territory by avoiding the excessiveness that often closely follows and an all actions.  Consider this, could evil have set this thing up so following Jesus’ words seem selfish to prevent us from ever discovering just how much more enjoyable and stress free this life could be if we followed it.  Here’s an example.

    Setting Boundaries

    in Spirituality

Join Sue Graywolf Petruzzi, Sharon Bar Or, Ronda Davis and Sandra Kay Trainer-Meyer for the  “Women’s Healing Hour” with a powerful webcast of Ciracle Radio on Sunday, May 17th at 1 PM MST, 3 PM EST, 8 PM London and 10 PM Israel time.

Many of us, especially women (and some men also), have been taught that we are to take care of everyone’s needs before our own.  This would include any chores or things that need attending to on a daily basis.  When you create this kind of atmosphere around yourself, others around you may expect it.  Then, when you start to understand what you have created for yourself, you may feel “victimized” and become irritated and bitter.  As quoted by Sandra “Most of us were never really taught how to set and maintain healthy boundaries. We were taught to put others needs before our own, and the attachment to keeping others happy is pretty tenacious. Pleasing others becomes our currency and the way we purchase love and attention. Each time you set a healthy boundary, you say yes to more freedom. Let freedom ring... A'ho”

Once again, we need to love ourselves enough to “NOT LOOK” outside of ourselves for that love and attention.  By setting boundaries we are honoring “OUR WALK” and thus allowing spirit to guide what “WE NEED” for a healthy and happy life. Come and join us as we walk through this subject together, sharing ways to gently, but firmly, set boundaries that will make our lives more enjoyable and fulfilling.

Our listeners ARE our shows. They speak and share with we hosts and create amazing energy. Come on board and feel it! Be part of the change.

    Productive Weightloss

    in Business

Physiology plays an important role in our productivity. It is one of the 10 Core Drivers that supports our Championship Psychology. Many people take better care of our cars than they do their bodies. Our bodies have to last us our lifetime and provide us the mobility and based on how we take care of it will effect the brain-power we need to accomplish what we desire in life. It is as simple as that but at the same time it isn’t easy. Our lives are fast paced and often the easy way isn’t the best way to take care of our bodies. It requires our time and attention like anything we need to care for. Let's look at ways to support your body and mind to getting and staying lean, the best physical presence for our overall productivity.

On today's show you will learn:

    1.  How to lose weight in a way that makes sense on a mind, body and spirit level.
