Each time there is a hyped Pay-Per-View card from the boxing world, mainstream sports analysts find themselves pontificating the death of the sport. You'd think that would get old or at least be loudly questioned, but the questions arise leading up to what's shaping up to be a historic Saturday night in Las Vegas.

On The Exchange, Sumit & Jason make their own return to the squared circle for the first time in over a year as this weekend's super fight between Floyd Mayweather, Jr. and Saul "Canelo" Alvarez draws nearer. They're joined by The Sports Fan Journal's resident boxing/MMA scribe Paul Navarro to discuss multiple angles of the  card; the business, the continued drum of "boxing is dead" by passers by, Mayweather's future with Showtime, the potential aftermath of an Alvarez win and more.

The guys will also provide thoughts on the NFL's opening week to start the show. As some say on Twitter, "Because football."
