A Look Within : Grief and Loss

This show is about the very natural process of grief and loss and the emotions that are experienced.  Often we associate grieving with death but it goes with the death of things in our lives other than people.  Loss comes in many forms, loss of a job, friendship, routine, health, freedom are all examples of loss, which will send someone into the grief and loss cycle.  It is a very normal part of life and allowing time to move through the process is essential.  I hope this show helps you to understand where you or someone you know is in the cycle.
