Whenever we’ve had an opportunity to work with a group of girls through the Girl-Swag initiative and curriculum we've been amazed at how quickly we’re able to inspire them and draw out their authentic excellence, their leadership abilities and their natural entrepreneurial spirit.

With the right support, inquisitive girls can become flexible, solution oriented problem solvers. Just like girls within The Girl Scouts. They have always been adaptive thinkers; a quality organizations around the globe seek to mobilize its leaders to tackle challenging situations and problems that seem to have no known or easy answers.

This episode of Bread-Winning Moms celebrates programs like Girl-Swag, Girls Who Code, Girl Up and The Girl Scouts, who just launched their new "Digital Cookie" initiative. These young ladies are acquiring skills such as goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, business ethics, and now, experience in using apps and online marketing. They are today’s new adaptive leaders and becoming today's executives and CEO’s of top organizations.
