What do the lonely do at Christmas?

What do the lonely do at Christmas? That reminds me of one of my favorite soulful Christmas songs sung by The Emotions. Most of you know the melody and the lyrics but think about the mood expressed in the song about her (the singer) being alone at Christmas and how it captivates you and compels you to share her “current” state of mind. She says, “A silent night, I know it’s going to be, joy to the world, but it’s gonna be sad to me”…. That’s deep, but I’ve always liked the song even though it’s sad. Well, we’re dedicating our show to not only those that are feeling lonely, but to those that we pay tribute, honor and give our love to – THE MEN AND WOMEN IN UNIFORM! I’m talking about our military, police, firefighters, doctors, and the families of these fearless men and women. They are sacrificing their time, lives and their own families in order to keep us safe and protected so that we can have a better life and enjoy the GIFT of freedom. Put a little love in your heart, not just for holidays but make a conscious effort to love throughout your entire life. You’ll be surprised of how you will feel.
