Josephine has a special needs son that is non-verbal. She reports that the teachers aid incorrectly strapped the boy in a a Rifton chair, leaving him all day to soak in his own urine.

Subsequently, the boy received friction burns.

The teachers aid, called CPS and that day her children were removed. Within 6 months her parental rights were terminated.

Josephine was NOT permitted to fire her court-appointed attorney even though she filed a motion 3 times.

Her 3 children are not allowed to see each other and are in 3 separate counties.

It's been over 700 days since Josephine has seen her children
