Remember when your parents would walk or drive you to school to make sure you got there safe?  Well, if you do that at Bear Branch Elementary School in Magnolia, TX, you will be arrested and charged with trespassing!

As reported by Fox26 in Houston, http://www.fox26houston.com/news/117783912-story   Holly Ray, principle of Bear Branch Elementary has took it upon herself to creat a policy that violates federal law and is supported by the Superintendent Todd Stephens.

Many parents have pulled their children from the school and some are planning a federal lawsuit.  If anyone is fine with a policy that restricts parents from ensuring their children arrive safely to school, then the real problem lies within you!  

I have contacted both the principle and the superintendent for their comment.  The clock is still ticking for a response.
