Is this a war on a race? . . . Or a race to a war?

Do we really have the racial tension in this country that its time to go to war?  Blacks are NOT being targeted by whites.  More whites are killed by cops than blacks 3X's as much.  45% of black violent crime is against whites  -  43% of black violent crime is against blacks.  White on black violent crime is less than 1%.  Now, lets be honest?  Who is hunting who?
