Things are heating up week and we don’t just mean the weather.  From yet another death in the custody of the Sheriff’s Department, top very unusual & intimidating events in community – the Mayors going to lay it out.  The tactics by the DA’s office in the Frank Carson case continue:

1. I you want Mayor Sabatino out of the Carson trial courtroom, you try to make him a conspirator…
2. if that does not work, you call him a witness,
3. if that does not work… accuse him of Jury Tampering,
4. and finally if that doesn’t not work, you take away his ability to order transcripts
