12 MONTHS LATER AND NO SIGN ORDINANCE HAD BEEN DRAFTED, I ATTENDED A PUBLIC MEETING AND PLAYED THE RECORDED PROMISE.  WHEN CONFRONTED BY THEIR OWN WORDS, THE RESPONSE WAS ANGER AND DISRESPECT IN A PUBLIC FORUM.

1.        The United States Supreme Court has said that faith-based organizations may not use direct government support to support "inherently religious" activities. Basically, it means you cannot use any part of a direct Government grant to fund religious worship, instruction, or proselytization.
