Religious views and their role in government can never be a secret matter This was a tough piece to start.  The last thing I want the reader to take away is that I have an issue with anyone’s personal belief.  Personal religious beliefs are a matter of privacy if desired, and vice versa. Beliefs must never be forced on another in our Republic.  This is a founding principle of our nation.
