'Black Klansman' by Spike Lee; Trump blasts Lebron, Watergate History repeating

On "The African History Network Show” with Michael Imhotep from 8-5-18 on 910 AM Superstation WFDF Detroit, we discussed:  1) The new movie “Black Klansman” by Director Spike Lee.  Based on the true story of African American police officer Ron Stallworth, who infiltrated the KKK in Colorado in 1978. Spike Lee says Hollywood loves to Dehumanize African Americans.  2)  Njia Kai, Director of the 36th Annual African World Festival in Detroit discusses the 3 day event, Aug. 17th-19th.  3) Lebron James says Donald Trump is ‘using sports to divide us’.  Trump blasts Lebron and athletes come to Lebron’s defense including Michael Jordan.  4) Trump has made 4,229 false or misleading claims in 558 days. In June, July 2018 he averages 16 per day.  5) South Africa to amend constitution to begin redistribution of land to Black owners.  6) July 27th, 1974 – The House of Rep. begins Impeachment of Nixon.  Watergate prosecutor says, 'History is repeating itself' with Mueller probe.  http://www.AfricanHistoryNetwork.com
