The race has begun...there's more than one and time is running out. March 10th was the deadline to file for candidacy. Did you file? Know of someone who did and who we should know about?  And what have you to say about the so called "Libertarian spoilers"?

Will you be voting the bums out? Or voting their lessor evil replacements in?

Lots of recent cases substantiating that the government not only to regulate and conditionalize our inalienable rights but also wants our land and water. If you haven't already heard, the Confederated Salish & Kootenai Tribes have filed a lawsuit to stop personal water claims.  Guess the Indians think that with the help of the Feds they can "repeal" our right to due process as well as confiscate Montana water.

In the mean time time is running out. So what do you suggest we do now? Stay on course fighting the king and demigods in DC? Or act locally...bottom up? While the termites eat away at the roots of freedom, we can act in reverse and nourish those roots. But how? Common Law Grand Jury? People petitioned/called? State nullification? Jury nullification? And what do you think about the Montana mandate for decennial local government review? Can we change things to our favor?
