No you say? Well stay tuned to Thursday nite's episode and then decide. TVFMontana is proud to have Chris Lindsey, President of the Montana Cannabis Industry Association and a medical marijuana attorney based out of Missoula. Chris was one of the founding partners of Montana Cannabis, a medical marijuana provider based out of Helena and he was indicted by the federal government on 8 felony counts related to the business following a federal raid of the facility in March of 2011. He currently awaits sentencing on January 4.

"The current law is unconstitutional and allows for warrantless searches, which was designed to make participation in the law as unappealing as possible for those who benefit from medical marijuana." Chris Lindsey

Whether you agree or disagree regarding the use of marijuana is not tonight's topic for debate. What we're faced with goes deeper than that. What is the sole duty and roll of government, Federal or State? Where does the Fed's nose end and the State's begin? Will gov elect Steve Bullock protect Montana against unconstitutional Federal intrusion, better than he did as Attorney General?

"The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws" Ayn Rand

REMEMBER we'll meet at 8 PM. So have all your comments and questions ready.
