Where Will All Our Water Go....

...Long Time Passing. I hope it's not already "gone" or "passed". However, it may be so if we don't start paying attention to the hot and heavy water rights negotiations currently going on. Yes the MT, the U.S. Dept of Interior and  The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes(CSKT) have been busy with this for over a decade, but now the dead line is coming up for the final draft to be presented to the 2013 Mt legislature for approval. And now they're looking for us to rubber stamp THEIR draft. The story was hit upon by the  local TV news but it didn't really mention how it will affect ALL of Western MT water users, not just those on the reservation.
