Is racism dead in America now that we have RE-elected a Black President?  That is the main issue we will be discussing tonight on the show.  Please join us as we take this topic to task from every angle that Kamal and Yale can come at it from.
Marijuana; serious medical use drug or the “gateway drug” that some insist was the real reason Trayvon Martin was justifiably killed by George Zimmerman?  There is a groundswell of support growing across the country to not only decriminalize pot, but to un-demonize it from the stigma/ propaganda we have been spoon-fed about it for years.
In conjunction with the above mentioned issue, Attorney General Eric Holder is having the Justice Department review sentencing mandates for minor offenses across this country.  Sighting the overcrowded conditions of America’s prison industry, Mr. Holder is taking a bold step to roll back some of the draconian policies and laws that have been a part of America since the over-reactionary Reagan administration.
And finally, believe it or not, the media has started the lead up to the 2016 Presidential election.  We might as well look at the leading suspects too.
Was there more news?  Sure was!  We will discuss all of these things tonight.  Please join us.
Focusing on the major and sometimes overlooked topics affecting us in America today, the Nitelifer Circle of Sanity examines what is going on in Baltimore MD, Seattle WA, and all parts of the country in between.  The “Media” is or isn't talking about it, but regardless, The Nitelifer Circle of Sanity is! We hope to enlighten and educate while delivering the seriousness of the issues with sarcasm and humor.  Whether it is politics or social issues, The Nitelifer Circle of Sanity will be there.
