Lilisa J. Williams is an author, life coach, radio show host, motivational speaker and corporate trainer. Lilisa has over 15 years of experience facilitating workshops for entrepreneurs, faculty and staff. She has coordinated grant funded programs and consulted with non-profit organizations throughout the US. She leads training that supports the personal and professional development of staff members. She has served the community college sector for over 17 years as an adjunct faculty member and has successfully implemented and was recently promoted to the position of Assistant to the Vice President for Academic Affairs. Lilisa is a volunteer and mentor to youth and women in transition. She is a past Regional President of Phi Theta Kappa and has earned an AA from Union County College, BA and MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Lilisa is pursuing a PhD in Training & Performance Improvement at Capella University. Lilisa is on a mission to "empower you today for a successful tomorrow."
