Shame is a root emotion.  Shame is rooted in a individual history. Shame is entwined in fear and guilt. Shame can cause problems in our daily relationships. Shame can keep a person from using God given gifts.  These gifts are for personal growth and they impact community. Shame can raise awareness about things we need to change in our lives. Shame can motivate us to change. Let's not look at shame as a negative feeling. Shame is another way the mind confront us to take action. There are things that happens in a person life creating "faulty thinking," "I am a shame person."  Shame is no longer a feeling but it become the person.  Let's cut-out shame at the root! We can not change history.  We can expose the past and heal; focusng moving foward.
