He is in the Gospel ministry. He is a licensed/ordained minister. He has been working in the mental health and addictions field for over 29 years. He has experience working with adolescent and adults with mental and substance abuse disorders. He is a Clinical Consultant and Recovery Life Coach. He has worked a number of years in criminal justice field. He provides counseling for offenders convicted of various offenses. Rev. Dorsey is married to Rev. Doris Dorsey. Rev. Doris J. Dorsey is the Pastor at In His Presence Ministry. Rev. F. Dorsey has degrees in psychology,theology and biblical studies. He believes that good psychology plus good theology makes best counseling. This involves studying God and the things of God and connecting with the study of human behavior and mental process is the goal of effective counseling.
