  We start our Women and Negotiation series with special guest host, Zena Zumeta interviewing Pattie Porter, The Texas Conflict Coach. The series is intended to support, educate and train women to Ask! Negotiate! and Succeed!

Pattie Porter is the founder and president of Conflict Connections, Inc. and is known as the Texas Conflict Coach. She is passionate about helping people, teams and organizations embrace conflict, navigate change and resolve conflict. In her 17 years of practice, her journey has taken her all over the world as a trainer, mediator, team facilitator, and conflict coach. She serves on the Advisory Board of the Workplace Section of the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR).

Zena Zumeta is a lawyer and a former president of the Academy of Family Mediators. Internationally known as both a mediator and trainer of mediators, Zena is president of the Mediation Training & Consultation Institute, Zena Zumeta Mediation Services, and The Collaborative Workplace in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
