Join Terry Kate of Romance in the Backseat as she interviews some of the fabulous authors attending this years Romantic Times Convention in Columbus Ohio. I will be joined by author Alisa Kwitney Alisa Kwitney is the multi-published author of humorous women’s fiction, romance and graphic novels. The New York Times called her first novel “darkly humorous…imaginative and quirky." One of her novels, The Dominant Blonde, was excerpted in Cosmopolitan magazine and recorded on audio by Mariska Hargitay, and her work has been translated into German, Russian, Japanese, Norwegian and Indonesian. As Alisa Sheckley, she has written two paranormal romances, The Better to Hold You and Moonburn. A graduate of Columbia University’s MFA program and the recipient of a scholarship of merit, Alisa was an editor at Vertigo/DC Comics for seven years, worked on the award winning series The Sandman and has taught a course in graphic novel writing at Fordham University. In June, Alisa's humorous essay “Blue Collar Bacchanalia” will appear in an anthology called "A Taste of True Blood: The Fangbanger's guide." She is currently working on “The Dead Ex-Boyfriend Book”, a ghostly tale of lost loves, old pubs, vanished streets and invisible landmarks. It currently has the working title “The Single Girl’s Book of the Dead.” She hopes/expect/prays to be done in mid to late July. Alisa invites anyone who wants to discuss writing, books, True Blood, or being haunted by ex-boyfriends to join her Facebook fan page. She also has a website, www.alisakwitney.com
