I'd hate to ruin the vibe, but grieving is such a huge part of life that always seems too uncomfortable or I guess rather sad to discuss, let's change that! If you know me, you know how often I like to talk about my Mom's life which inevitably leads into the conversation of her after life, it's a form of grieving for me. In what ways do you grieve the loss of a loved one? Do you avoid conversation around it? It's difficult to determine what could be deemed as, "healthy and unhealthy" forms of grieving but do you have any examples? "Grief is not a disorder, a disease or a sign of weakness. It is an emotional, physical and spiritual necessity, the price you pay for love. The only cure for grief is to grieve." - Dr. Earl Grollma
