Barbecues, ice cream, and inactivity during the summer can all lead to lower fitness levels. Teen hosts Drew, Kaitlyn, Robert, and Sarah share their tips for getting or staying fit over the summer. Some suggestions from our show:

  • Take advantage of the fruits and vegetables that are now in season.
  • Drink plenty of water. If you drink a lot of soda, try replacing a couple with water each day.
  • Talk to your doctor about healthy ways to reduce your calorie intake and increase your activity level.
