You might not think of non-profits and associations as places to find or even need state-of-the-art technologies, but perhaps we should.  Technology can be the great equalizer allowing small organizations to operate as much large entities.  However achieving the benefits tech can offer is easier said than done - as many involved with large IT implementation projects can attest.  The Boards and C-suite executives that run non-profits and associations need to pay close attention to the many issues involved to ensure the money and time spent on technology isn't a drain on resources and instead has a strong positive ROI.

This week, industry veteran Steve Thomas, Preisdent of the Firebird Agency, joins us to discuss how non-profits and associations can do to ensure they are able to take advantage of their technology and the pitfalls to avoid.

If you work for, lead or support a charitable organization, non-profit or industry association, you will want to listen to this episode - Thursday @4pm Eastern/1pm Pacific.
