Are you denying your deepest desires?

When I use the phrase "deepest desires" I'm sure that all kinds of thoughts pop into your mind!

That's okay. Whatever desires you're thinking about is exactly what I'm talking about. I'm talking about all kinds of desires - around relationships, health, career, money, friendships, social life, sex, travel, etc.

If there is one main lesson I've learned while taking back my health, it's that the only important thing in life is to enjoy yourself and those around you. Because if you aren't, life isn't worth living. In order to enjoy yoruself and those around you, you need to be in pretty good physical health, which is why I talk a lot about food and exercise.

But, in order to enjoy yourself, you also need to be in good mental and emotional health. I didn't learn this piece until a few years into my journey while I was bed-ridden and stuck in my own head for hours at a time.

I'm going to talk about why discovering (or admitting to yourself) your deepst desires is essential to your healing journey and I'll teach you how to find the courage to pursue those desires, no matter what they are.
