I am Dr. Steve Cagen - TBI DAD.

In May of 2007, my the 17 year old duaghter suffered a severe traumatic brain injury in an auto accident and life has never been the same.

We have had to learn many things along the way to Full Recovery (our personal mantra) and we would like to share them with you.

We are TBI advocates, not because that was our career, it is because we were forced to be. 

On this program and our website, we offer advice to other parents and care givers of children with TBI's on every subject that will help them get life back on track, deal with doctors and hospitals, new therapys, support grounds and how to maintain sanity.

The "system" has put up roadblocks every chance they have in order to stop our progress or deny my daughter the benefits she is due and in desparate need of. This has forced us to become true advocates.
