There's been a lot of talk, a lot of chatter, crticism about people receiving government assistance. #SSI, #SSD #EBT(FoodStamps) And if their claims are legitimate. And questions about why peple don't have or find jobs. Granted, some of that is warrented, because their are those who are "living" off of the government, and their claims are not legitimate.
All this chatter often leads to rumors, speculation and assumptions, largely by people who aren't in these people's shoes. Please make sure that you have your facts straight. And that you have ALL of the facts, before you start making accusations, start rumors, and start making false claims against those who don't derserve the abuse.
On the Flipside(pun intended lol)
Those of us(myself included) who are receiving benefits or assistance. Does it help you get through the day? Through daily life? What are the pros and cons of receiving Social Security, Food Stamps etc.
Again, I'm hearing a lot of chatter. So let's not just talk about it. Let's be about it!

Bye-Bye Miss American Pie, Drove my Chevy to the levee but the levee was dry . . . Where have we gone and why are we going there?
Moments after 5 Marines were killed at their recruiting office in TN, Obama wishes his fellow Muslims a very happy ending to ramadan. Then a few days later, he takes the whole fam to NYC to take in a Broadway show and enjoy his happy little life.
Marines are now told to wear civilian clothes to work. This is their idea of how to stop radical muslims from killing our Military personel. How about if we arm them? You think maybe that might work too?
Obama is now going after those who are on SSI to havfe their 2nd Amendment taken away.
He's also going after religious groups for not funding abortions. This tyrannical maniac is completely out of control.
For many years, as far back as the 1970’s lots of people have always been turned down when they applied for disability. The social security office seemed, in the past, to be no help at all. It is now, after the Millennium, 2015, and sick people, people who are legitimately disabled, are still being denied Disability Benefits.
The good news is, there is a way to get approved for your disability on your first attempt.
And …did you know that if your TOTAL HOUSEHOLD INCOME is less than $744.00 per month, that you automatically qualify for SSI if you are age 65 and over?
Tune in to the show to find out, what it is that most people do wrong when they apply for their disability, as well as what people do to get approved the very first time. I did it! Knowing these tips, is the whole difference between being APPROVED and being DENIED!
As always, in the studio with me will be my Co-Host Sybil Marie Presley. Dial into the show and speak with my guest and ask questions, talk with me and Sybil, or tell us your comments.

When fibromyalgia symptoms begin to interfere with your ability to work, you may consider applying for disability. We will be discussing the process of applying for disability and what to expect. But what is disability? How do you qualify? What is the process like? We'll be talking about Stacy's experience with fibromyalgia and disability, as well as answering the most frequent questions we get asked about disability at the Voices of Fibromyalgia Facebook community page.
All to often, our office speaks with potential clients who feel they are entitled to "SSI" benefits if they cannot work. But most people are not vying for "SSI" benefits. Instead, they are vying for a program that will get them MUCH MORE money. This program is known as Title II benefits, or disability insurance benefits.
"SSI" benefits refer to Supplemental Security Income. But what are these benefits? Who is entitled to them? And how much money can you get from this program?
Answers to all of these questions and more will be covered by disability lawyer Scott Daniels, an associate attorney with the office of Markhoff & Mittman.
