Talk with Tenney: OPEN LINES: CURRENT EVENTS IN STATE-SPONSORED PSYCHIATRY

S2225D-2013 will expand Kendra's Law to people who are incarcerated, and the amount of time that the State can go back in your life history to provide evidence for why you need to be involuntarily commited to psychiatry in the community.  It will also eliminate the sunset date for Kendra's Law, which is currently  2017.
