Independent Or Deep In, To Christ

Throughout time, there have existed named ages, such as the Age of Reasoning, and the Age of Enlightenment. We could rightly call the current age, the Age of Independence. From as early as preschool we promote self-sufficiency over group and community efficiency to the extent we have become a self-centered society, oftentimes, with little need or desire to work together. Unfortunately, the spirit of independence can manifest in our relationship with Christ. Independence in spiritual matters results in disconnection and death.
