Don't trust PayPal for your travel needs. They froze my 10 yr account and suspended my debit card on my last day of an 8 day trip. I had to borrow money from my son to get my car out of the long term parking in Minneapolis.
PayPal is my only debit card as I have downsized in recent years and purposely avoided getting an ATM card through my bank.
