Kia Urso Wells-Motivational Speaker

Kia Wells is a native of Florida, born and raised. Kia is a graduate of Phoenix University where she holds a Bachelor's in Accounting. Kia Wells is a self-starter and leader as a business owner of several small businesses. She is a Motivational Speaker, the Co-Owner of a local construction company and she is the founder and owner of   the Men/Women/Youth in Business Showcase and she's also launching a Singles Showcase for single men and women to learn the tools of successful courting.

Before devoting her work fulltime into Wells Industries, LLC, Kia served as a Corporate Trainer for various Consulting Firms, and worked in the logistics field for over 7 years. She is a mother of 3 sons, single, and she is enthused when it comes to working and being involved in her local community. In her spare time, Kia enjoys utilizing her gift as a sign language interpreter by donating her time to assist the deaf community, her local church, and helping others to excel in all areas of their life. Kia's personal motto is "The Only Person Who Stops You, Is You.
