Guest: Mr. Ntriko Bassey, Human Resource Manager in Akwa Ibom State

Mr. Ntriko Bassey has been associated with SWACIN Inc. back in 2010 when the organization was called Residents Waste Cleaning Control Limited in Akwa Ibom state.  At that time SWACIN Inc. was private clean up company that provided door to door service to take away trash in residential areas.  He is appointed to work as a Human Resource manager for the Skill Acquisition Training in the Niger Delta, because of his wide spread network around the Akwa Ibom state and Lagos, Nigeria who are reliable, honest and hard-working individuals.  Therefore, we interview him to find out how he does and what basis he is able to do so.  SWACIN Inc. is impressed with his simple way of dealing with others and his ability to spot good individuals at ease.
