Adam P. Cohen, principle and CEO of Accelerant, will share his experience using the Baldrige processes and what he's learned working with blue collar workers. He has great stories which exhibit considerable innovation in solving very complex problems. In a 20-year career with CH2M HILL, a $6.5-billion employee-owned consulting, engineering, construction, and operations firm, Adam Cohen has served as marketing/publications manager, business unit quality manager and director, and ultimately company wide Vice President and Director of Enterprise Quality and Performance Excellence. In 2000, Adam helped lead CH2M HILL's OMI subsidiary to the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. He also is Principal/CEO of Accelerant Performance Solutions, inspiring and partnering with organizations to surpass their strategic, human, operational, and product/service performance objectives.
