Imani will be joining Dr. Maiysha and Coach Elliott to talk about keeping the rhythm, the work life balance.

"I could pretend I always wanted to become an inspirational writer – to follow in the footsteps of the likes of Maya Angelou, Susan Taylor, Marianne Williamson, and Iyanla Vanzant.  But, that’s not even close to true.  Though writing has always been my passion, I was far more interested in authoring the next great work of fiction.  My goal was to end up on the best-sellers lists and have a nice little Oprah Book Club stamp to show for it.  Yep, that was my masterplan!
